About the Site and our services

The Site provides information about Ryon and lets you speak with the Ryon agent and request a diagnostic. We do not sell products or take payments through the Site. Any engagement between you and us is subject to a separate written agreement, and nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment to provide services.

The Ryon agent

The agent on the Site is an AI system. Its replies are general information about Ryon, may contain errors, and are not professional advice, an offer or a commitment. Only a separate written agreement signed by Ryon binds us.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you give is accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Site or the agent;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape, harvest or copy content except as expressly permitted;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or give false information.

Conversations and bookings

A conversation with the agent, or a booking made through our scheduling provider, does not create a contract or guarantee that we will provide services. We may decline or discontinue any enquiry at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the Ryon name and brand, are owned by or licensed to Arteversio and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to view the Site for your own informational, non commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

Third party services and links

The Site uses and may link to third party services, for example our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial or other advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arteversio and its members, officers and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arteversio from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our privacy notice, which explains how we handle personal information.

Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, and update these Terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
