2 rolesYou turn a napkin idea into a working agent before lunch. You live in Claude Code, ship fast and have taste. You care less about frameworks and more about whether the thing works and feels good to use.
/ What you'll do
- Prototype and ship AI agents on client systems, end to end
- Pair with department champions and teach them to build their own
- Move from audit to a working demo in days, not sprints
- Keep everything governed, transparent and easy to hand over
/ What we look for
- Fluent with Claude Code and modern AI tooling
- Strong product taste: you know when something is good
- Comfortable shipping in unfamiliar codebases and stacks
- A clear communicator who can teach as well as build
You build the governed foundation everything else runs on: the context layer, the guardrails, the control plane. Senior, pragmatic and allergic to lock in. You make systems the client can own after we leave.
/ What you'll do
- Design and build the context layer and the agent control plane
- Integrate with enterprise ERP, CRM and data systems
- Build the guardrails and supervision that keep agents safe
- Set the engineering bar and mentor the team around you
/ What we look for
- Six years or more shipping production software at scale
- Deep experience with data systems and API integration
- Security and governance minded by default
- A bias for maintainable systems others can own
