Privacy notice.

Last updated November 2026

This notice explains how Arteversio LLC ("Ryon", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit or use our website at ryon.ai (the "Site"). We act as the controller of the personal information described here.

Who we are

Arteversio LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, which operates the Ryon website at ryon.ai. If you have any questions about this notice or your personal information, contact us at artem@ryon.ai or +33 7 77 72 26 23.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you speak with the Ryon agent on the Site, we collect what you choose to tell it about your company and your role, and your name, email address and, if you share it, your phone number. We keep the conversation itself, turn by turn as it happens, a short summary of it, and a private note on how we can best follow up. If you give your email address, we keep it from that moment, so the founders can reply even if you leave before finishing. If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider records limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and the pages you view. We use it to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.

The Ryon agent

The conversation on the Site is with an AI system, the Ryon agent, built on models provided by Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic so the agent can reply. The agent does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. It helps us understand whether we may be able to help, and the founders of Ryon read every conversation. It never stops you from booking a diagnostic. You can ask us to review or delete a conversation at any time.

The newsletter

If you sign up, we use your email address only to send you new issues of the newsletter, one email per issue. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, or you can write to us and we will remove you. Your browser also remembers on that device that you signed up, so the full newsletter stays open; clearing your browser data removes it.

Booking

When you choose a time for the diagnostic, Calendly's calendar opens inside the conversation, already filled in with your name, email and company. Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy practices and sets its own cookies inside that calendar; nothing from Calendly loads until you open it. We receive the booking's date and time.

How we use your information

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • reply to you and arrange the diagnostic;
  • send you the newsletter, if you signed up for it;
  • understand your company and assess whether our services fit it;
  • operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site;
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to you, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

Cookies

The Site uses one cookie of its own, set when you open the conversation with the Ryon agent: it holds a random identifier so you can return to the same conversation on the same browser for 30 days. It is strictly necessary for the conversation and is not used for tracking. The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Calendly sets its own cookies only inside its calendar, when you open it. Fonts are served from our own domain. To understand how the Site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies. With your consent only, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), which sets analytics cookies to measure visits in aggregate; it stays off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, under appropriate contractual protections:

  • Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, United States) to generate the agent's replies;
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States) for website hosting, content delivery and cookie free analytics;
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited) for Google Analytics 4, only after you accept analytics cookies;
  • Supabase (Supabase, Inc., United States; data stored in the EU) to store conversations and newsletter signups securely;
  • Resend (Resend, Inc., United States; EU region) to send the emails about your request, to you and to us;
  • Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) to alert the founders to urgent requests, with your name and company only, never what you wrote;
  • Web3Forms to deliver each newsletter signup to us by email;
  • Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States), only if you choose a time for the diagnostic.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale of our business.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers are located in the United States. If you use the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. A conversation that led to a request is kept for 24 months after its last message, one where you gave only an email for 12 months, and any other for 6 months; then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time, and we do so within 24 hours.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at artem@ryon.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
